Cinematic framing is mostly about three things: depth, motion, and restraint. Shoot closer to your subject to create a shallow depth of field, keep the camera moving slowly and purposefully, and resist the urge to zoom or pan constantly.
Frame your subject on a third-line rather than center. If you're shooting a scene with a hero element, let it occupy about two-thirds of the frame and keep the rest as negative space.
