Podium
A multi-brand retailer that runs every label through one consistent framing system.

“Different brands, different photographers, one look. slay gave us a house style we can teach in an afternoon.”
Podium is a place where many labels share one floor — and, online, one feed. Each collection arrives with its own identity, and the store's job is to make all of them feel like they belong together.
The problem: many brands, many photographers, many styles
With labels like Marco Pescarolo sitting beside Podium's own line, lookbooks were shot by different people in different places. The result was a feed that felt like a marketplace: every post framed a different way.
"The clothes were great and the feed was chaotic," the team says. "We needed a house style — something we could hand to any photographer and get the same result."
The shift: a shared composition system
Podium turned slay's guides into a one-page style guide for every shoot.
- Rule of thirds for full-length looks and street campaigns.
- Two-thirds for the FW26/27 windows and full outfits.
- Texture close-ups so fabric and product detail read as intentional shots, not afterthoughts.
- Centered symmetry for the *Art of Everyday Style* title cards.
A new photographer learns the system in an afternoon. Alignment happens on the live viewfinder, so the edit starts from frames that already match.
The guide is the brief. Once everyone frames the same way, the brand looks bigger than it is.
The result: one store, one look
Every label now moves through Podium's feed with the same visual rhythm — Marco Pescarolo, the seasonal campaigns, and the everyday product stories all speak the same language. Editing is faster, and the store finally looks like a single point of view rather than a wholesaler.

“Our clothes carry so much detail. slay keeps the frame calm so the craftsmanship is what people see first.”

“I frame once and move. slay gives me the composition so I can chase the moment instead of the grid.”
